Frigid winter walk

In case you have not gotten to walk in frosty snow lately, here is a snippet from our hike at Cincinnati Nature Center!

And photos for your enjoyment, too!

In the distance Molly’s favorite maple tree
Textures, shapes, hidden objects
Light through the snow collection
Trees and shrubs too close to the cotton gin?
Beneath the pine trees
The glory of snow and sunshine!

Trees were crusted with snow and reminded me of Sycamores. And then there was a sycamore!

The waterways were not all frozen, but most were along the shores.

Keep your eyes open for treasures in plain sight!

  1. I wish I could get out to walk! Unfortunately they cleared only a very narrow walkway and my walker will not fit. I’m too unsteady to walk with just a cane, plus our temps have been in the teens to -1 degree..
